What we collect

The details you send through our forms (name, business, type of business, phone, town, website or social link), and basic analytics about how the site is used.

Why

To make your sample ad, contact you about it, and provide any services you sign up for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest, or contract once you're a client.

Who else sees it

Our CRM provider (GoHighLevel) stores your details. If tracking is enabled, Meta and Google receive anonymised site usage data.

How long

Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing henry@submissionmedia.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
